Happy New Year!
Are your health goals as big as King Tut? Perhaps you've resolved to adopt a healthy habit such as shedding pounds or increasing activity for the new year. What is your goal in doing so? It's NOT the weight itself that is the goal, but perhaps comfort and ease in doing something such as playing with the kids or animals in your life. What will YOU do with your increased health?
