We're so psyched about this duo of workshops.
Join The Duke of Fork and Loretta Zedella for a great duo of workshops held in the great former stable at Franklin Park Conservatory. Join us the last Sunday in June.
Yoga Mat to Placemat: Move Well, Eat Well, Be Well
The Duke of Fork and I are excited to offer this special workshop to help you feel great all year long through movement and healthy eating.
Start off with a great two-hour Fascia Release and Alignment class with me, Loretta Zedella, as we use foam rollers, small therapy balls, bolsters, and yoga postures to release tension from the body, revealing ease of body.
Then, learn how a healthy, plant-based diet is a wonderful complement to your yoga practice or any exercise routine with Chef Mark and a two-hour cooking demonstration and sampling! If you are curious about how to get started with a healthier diet or looking to expand your kitchen skills and repertoire, this class is for you!
Cost is only $65 for the yoga class and cooking demo together, or $35 if you join us for just the yoga class or cooking demonstration. We look forward to seeing you soon!

A similar workshop is offered in July at Dublin Rec Center if you'd like to join us but have plans that day.

Workshops at Balanced Yoga
Back by popular request!
I will once again be hosting "Facial Release workshop" at Balanced Yoga offering tips to release tension from the body using foam rollers, small therapy balls, and other simple props. Join me Sunday June 22 or Sept 21. Each participant receives two small therapy balls and tools to use them.
This is similar to the last two sold out tension release workshops in winter and springtime. We'll spend some time getting deep into shoulders and hips, places that may carry some pain--and relasing that tension.
Did you attend the last workshop at Balanced Yoga? Here are some resources: I am a big fan of Yoga Tune up system of tension release. They have some helpful videos online. The founder of Yoga tune Up has recently helped Oprah. I supose that measns she is nearly mainstream!
I'm also a big fan of Katy Bowman of Aligned and Well. and own 18 of her DVDs. See her speak about alignment here.
