Summertime OUTDOOR classes!

Sponsored by City of Dublin Parks and Recreation Services. Join us for this multi-level yoga class to celebrate summer in Central Ohio! We'll salute the sun while feeling it, and breathe while experinceing a breeze! There are six separate classes, come to one or all! Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, you'll enjoy this breath of fresh air. Bring a yoga mat, water, and perhaps a family member or friend. Preregister. Summertime yoga in the OWU chapel

You are invited to join me beginning this Tuesday at noon for a 75 minute multi-level yoga class in the beautiful Norman Vincent Peale chapel. This class is in the same building where Yoga Outreach Columbus is held. Bring a friend.
