Workshops at Nurture Yoga Sunday Feb 23

I will be at NurtureYoga  offering "Facial Release workshop" as I share tips to release tension from the body using foam rollers, small therapy balls, and other simple props. Each participant receives two small therapy balls and tools to use them.
