New drop in classes at Nurture Yoga in Dublin

I am happy to announce my affiliation with a new yoga studio, Nurture Yoga. http://www.nurture-yoga.com/
This one year old yoga studio will move over Thanskgiving weekend to:
 6017 Post Road, Dublin, OH 43017.

I will teach a six week series on Monday at 9:30 and offer drop in classes Wednesday morning at 10am. Please come to visit this sweet space. I'll be teaching with three great friends, Mary Coleman, Jennifer Gleichauf, and Joanne Morrissey.

New Saturday class at Lifestyle Communities, Dublin

Happy to offer Saturday clases once again in Dublin at Lifestyle Communites OM Fitness Club. http://omfitnessclub.com/ This is a brand new facility.
